Please note all orders unless otherwise arranged are delivered using a pallet truck and cannot be unloaded onto gravel or lifted over obstacles.


All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1 business days depending on time of ordering to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then dispatch it.

We offer Nationwide delivery to most UK postcode included in the online price (some remote and inner city postcodes may incur a small surcharge). All orders unless otherwise stated will be made using a electric assisted pallet truck which can only be manoeuvred on firm hard standings only. Any driveways that are loose gravel or inclines will be made kerbside. Palletways delivery team will keep you up to date with your delivery progress.

  1. Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
  2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  3. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned upon delivery, due to quality or damage we will refund your payment to you.(please inspect your goods on arrival)
  4. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery and a possible surcharge.
  5. Please advice of any delivery access issues 48 hours before delivery minimum to adverse of any delivery access issues such as weight restrictions on your road, low bridges, incline delivery points, gravel drives etc. (You may incur a charge failure to disclose)
